This Handbook is a quick reference guide to help you understand what you have to do to
ascend to the status of Warrior of Renown and to help all aspirants, Warriors of Renown and
Valkyries understand how they are to behave.

The point of this is to give warriors a goal to aim for, to encourage them to act as a Viking
warrior should without forcing them, and most importantly to have fun.

For the Valkyries too, the point is to have fun and to participate in the warriors activities.
Viking women are the mothers, daughters, sisters and wives of warriors and anything that
encourages them to be more involved with the warriors’ lives is a good thing.
